• Dual Degree International Recognition: Thanks to its French Cooperation Department, RULE has several partnerships with French and foreign universities that allow students to graduate International accredited dual degree at RULE without having to travel abroad.

• International Network: RULE has international university exchange agreements with 45 universities and foreign research institutions. RULE is also one of the only two Cambodian higher education institutions that are members of the ASEAN Network of Universities (AUN).

• International Lecturers and Professors: RULE welcomes every year around one hundred professors from foreign universities to give lectures and courses to students alongside more than 100 permanent foreign professors teaching on campus.
