Job Description of Senior Student Community Strategic Executive 

We are looking for a Senior Student Community Strategic Executive (SCS) to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly driven and hungry to succeed. You get things done, you question everything and you like to play in a team.  

 

To be part of the student community team, you must be a social platform obsessive, an editorial planner, a creative idea-generator, and a community-builder, connecting people online. If being good at giving advice gives you thrills, you love a community challenge, and jumping into hot comment threads is your Internet speak, this is the team for you.

 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Collaborate with business user on project related to partner and student journey improvements
  2. Analyze business processes and requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies 
  3. Tracking partner and student experience across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints 
  4. Share the partner and student insights across the organization and share the best practices with in organization
  5. Gather partner and student feedback and conduct surveys and understand partner and student pain points
  6. Create and maintain insight documentation across partner and student journeys
  7. Keep abreast of partner and student experience industry developments, techniques, and technologies to align with business needs
  8. Product implementation and improvement - Propose and roll out new product features to improve operational efficiency and partner and student experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business/Management/Finance or relevant
  • Experienced in excel to generate reports
  • Basic knowledge of partnership and student experience and partnership and student measurement metrics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Objectives development and data analysis plus
  • Able to do multitasking tasks & travel
  • Able to work as a team & individual and handle the pressure
  • Self motivated team player with a proven ability to work with aggressive individual and team goal
